owned & occupied by S J B Cresswell Esqr
the remains of the old Hall is about 32 Chains NE of
the present building But it dates after the Cromwellian
period & has no historical incidents in connection with it

(Per. Curacy) (Chapel of Ease) of Cresswell the expense of S J B Cresswell Esqr who has

Cresswell Whellan’s Directory Hall 1 Public & 1 Beer House it is Chiefly the property
Cresswell Mr Muckle of A. J. B Cresswell Esqr It is partly inhabited by
Cresswell White’s Directory fishermen & the remainder of the occupants are in
the employ of A. J. B Cresswell Esqr
