Spittal Field Mr Alexr Davidson 6.6 in the northeast part of Emerick
Tax Collector &c, Norham and in the southeast of Norham
East Mains Townships – the old
fence has been levelled and
several new enclosures have
been made, therefore the exact
boundary of it cannot now be
shown. The site of the Spittal
from which it evidently derived
the name cannot now be ascer-
-tained.
Spittalfield Gate Spittalfield Mr Cleghorn, Meresman On Sheet This is supposed the site of
(Site of) Gate Mr John McLeod, Emerick 6.6 the Gate, leading out of
Mr Alexr Davidson the unenclosed land, into
Tax Collector &c, Norham Spittal Field.
