Trows the South, from which the
Robt Telfer, Shepd wind acends with great
Rowhope rapidity at times, and hence
the name – Near the
east end of this Rig, and on
the brink of the valley, is are the remains
of a small Cairn, nearly level
with the surface, and a little
hollowed in the centre, supposed
to be the remains of a Tumulus.
