the south side of it –

Cargie’s Kiln Cargie’s Kiln Mr James Dixon on Sheet An old Limekiln on the
Mr James Wood 7.2 sea shore, about 10 chains
Mr Andrew Patterson north of "Scremerston Station"
Mr Edward Pringle It is was built, and worked, by
a man named John Cargie, between
30 & 40 years ago – hence the name –
John McCabe
