It has been ploughed over, and
nearly obliterated, but there are
still to be seen distinct traces
of it: it consisted of double ramparts
and fosse, and in shape, was more
of an oblong than circular. And
from the outside rampart on the
south side, there is a gradual
slope, its the bottom of the "Dean" –
