St Michaels Church Revd Alexander Hoy Porch. The west gable is surmounted by a very

McKenzies History two good Bells are suspended. This Church is universally acknowledged
to be dedicated to St Michael but there is no written documents
now extant to certify the dedicatory name or to specify when
or by whom the Church was founded. it has underwent extensive
Repairs at various periods which is evident from its present appearance.
The living is a Vicarage in the gift of the crown and the Revd
Thomas Ilderdon M.A is the present Vicar
