Comby Hills Mr. Joseph Hills, Occupier 26.8 And have evidently, been

military purposes, as the
most prominent ridge has
been cut across in Several places
And Small entrenchments
formed, nearly close to each
other. In the field there are
Several terraces – like slopes,
but all appear to be natural
features, And it is said there
Camp Camp Same Authorities On Sheet was a Camp here – This is a
(Remains of) (Remains of) 26.4 central circular hole of about three
feet deep, And having a pas
-sage down into it. I have
been told that, military men
who visited it gave it as their
opinion, that, it was a
Generals Camp – It is on the
highest point of the Comby
Hills, in the north field –
