Chas Moffat Esq. 25.2 up in the ornamental grounds at Lilburn
P. W. Purvis Tower, for the use of the proprietor.
Lilburn Tower Lilburn Tower (ruins of) E. J. Collingwood Esq. On Sheet The remains of an old Tower, or Peel, formerly
(Ruins of) Chas Moffat Esq. 25.2 the residence of the proprietors, but now a complete
Estate Map ruin, with only portions of the outside walls remaining.
Chapel Chapel (ruins of) E. J. Collingwood Esq. On Sheet The remains of a Chapel & Burial ground near
(Ruins of) Chas Moffat Esq. 25.2 the above tower. It was a Chapel of ease to
Estate Map Burial Ground the Mother Church at Eglingham, but it is
not written on Plan now a complete ruin, it is said to have
coexisted with the tower.
