Chapel Chapel Revd Jno Dixon Clark On sheet Nothing of this ancient structure remains
(Site of) (Site of) Mr. James Robertson 16.5 now, but the ground vestiges, it having
Chapel Mr. Geo. Mc.Donald. been removed for building purposes.
(Site of) It occupied an elevated position near the
brink of a rocky precipice, known by the name of "Chapel Crag". Coins, consi-
sting of "Placks and English Bodle, of the reign
of James I," AD 1603; have been dug up near this
Chapel, in the year 1851, which are now in the poss-
ession of the Revd J.D. Clark, MA, of Belford Hall.
