itself into the sea between
the townships of "Newton" and
"Tuggal". This name is not well
known for this stream after
it passes "Newhammill" as it
gets the name of each farm
along which it passes, from
there, to the sea.

Brunton Burn Mr. Thomas Hindmarsh. flowing on the north side of
"Hallowdon", past near Brunton,
(from which it gets the name)
And empties itself into
Long Nanny, near to where
the latter discharges itself
into the Sea.
