to high water mark. This point,
is called by the people here "Ebbe’s
Snook", and from this I would
suppose that, the Chapel was
dedicated to St Ebba. Close to it,
on the north side, there is the track
of a small enclosure, probably a
Burying Ground

or Chapel, probably from which this
Beadnell Point point derived the name.
