faced with large, rude, upright stones – and | ||||||
the earth evidently scooped out from the | ||||||
centre of the enclosed space & banked up | ||||||
against the stone. The central & largest | ||||||
has two such embankments, and on each side | ||||||
is a much smaller Camp, but constructed | ||||||
in the same manner. | ||||||
It is considered doubtful as to these | ||||||
two Enclosures being Druidical | ||||||
Remains – the names are therefore | ||||||
omitted. | ||||||
